The hotel offers very comfortable rooms, a prime location in the town center with convenient parking, and features an excellent Italian restaurant. Despite the harsh weather outside, the rooms were warm and inviting, and the recent refurbishment adds a touch of elegance. However, the dining experience, particularly in the conservatory, was a bit cold, and the food options were basic.

The rooms were very attractive, comfortable, and warm despite freezing weather outside. The complimentary Sherry was a nice touch, and the location within walking distance to shops, pubs, and the quay was perfect. The recent high-standard refurbishment, including the bathrooms, was noticeable.

The staff were incredibly friendly and adaptable, going above and beyond to accommodate our changing plans and make our stay enjoyable. From assisting with an extra person in our party to seamless communication and service like room service, housekeeping, and even offering us an additional night efficiently, the service was top-notch.

The rooms were top-notch, featuring excellent finishing touches that added to the cozy atmosphere. The hotel offers convenient facilities while the hill outside requires caution when leaving.
